All design elements of the Toyota RAV4 EV have been implemented as an attempt to reduce overall power consumption and improve the air flow of the vehicle, thereby making a single six-hour charge last for 100 miles. And as an additional perk, the RAV4 EV carries a highly-reasonable MSRP of $39,800 after available combined federal and state tax incentives of up to $10,000.
