I just wanted to take a second to express my gratitude to the courtesies extended to myself and my daughter on the occasion of her making her first "new car" purchase. Beginning with the initial contact with Jay Moroso and tag-teamed by Matt Wharton our experience at your dealership was nothing but "perfect".  Both of those individuals are a credit to your organization as well as the Toyota Corporation.

I don't know if I shared with you what got me "hooked" on Avondale
Toyota, but when we bought the truck that we just traded in, it started off with a manual transmission.....  but due to poor instructional abilities on my part, Courtney was not going to master the stick shift anytime soon.  Based on that I said ok, I'll take the truck and drive it myself.....well it was an older model Tacoma '02-'03 and it was just too small for me..... after about a week of trying to convince myself that I really did like the truck I gave up and brought it back to your dealership...  The salesman took it back and let me trade up to the Tacoma that we traded in last night....with no loss to me in the value of the original truck.

I do not think there are very many dealerships that puts that kind of
customer service in their interaction with the public.....what it
accomplished was to capture myself and my family as life-long patrons of Avondale Toyota.  We have been a "Toyota Family" for a long time, but rest assured we will be an "Avondale Toyota" Family for generations to come.
