The day has finally arrived. The all-new Toyota Corolla has been completely unveiled. Sure, the Japanese automaker has been giving us sneak peeks here and there, but this is the real deal. Starting with the sedan's elongated wheelbase to its completely restyled grille, the next-generation model is hot.

Although at Avondale Toyota Scion we'd like to point out that all of its predecessors have been as well. Despite the 2014 remodel being the vehicle's 11th generation, the redesigns haven't been implemented due to a lack of consumer or critical acclaim. In fact, last year 290,947 units of the 2013 model were sold, which can only one thing; the Corolla is timeless.

So, let's get back to the 2014 Corolla. As we mentioned, it's grown, substantially. To be specific, the new Toyota has stretched out an impressive 3.9 inches giving drivers (and passengers) more cabin space.

Speaking of the interior, the 2014 Corolla takes cues from its kindred sedan with a dashboard that's delightfully identical to that of the Toyota Avalon. That includes standard Bluetooth technology and a touchscreen including the brand's Entune infotainment system with the higher trim levels.

We haven't even covered what's arguably most striking about the fresh 2014 sedan; it's refashioned grille. Also taking tips from the recently redesigned Avalon, the restyled Toyota Corolla wears a striking front end that features standard LED lighting.

As we said, the 2014 Corolla is captivating.
