The work truck segment grows and changes almost every year, and when it comes to abilities--not to mention raw sales--the Toyota Tacoma has always been the one to beat. Sure, the competition have tried to knock it from its lofty perch, but they have done anything but succeed. Now, they have the 2016 model to contend with.
If there's one word we'd use to describe the Tacoma, it's "contender." And we mean that in the best possible way. With more horsepower, gas mileage, and durability than the model it replaces, we think it will more than fill the shoes of the outgoing model. On top of that, it's managed to impress the folks over at Motor Week--no small feat.
