Avondale Toyota is honored to support local students in need through the Big Summer Giveback program. On Thursday, July 31 from 4:00-6:00 pm, Avondale Toyota will distribute backpacks full of essential new school supplies to under-resourced students at Joseph Zito Elementary School at 4525 W Encanto Blvd, in Phoenix, AZ.
This event is part of a larger initiative by Toyota dealerships nationwide, in partnership with the Kids In Need Foundation, to equip 77,000 students with the supplies they need to succeed this school year. Avondale Toyota recognizes the importance of supporting the local community and ensuring every student has access to the tools they need to thrive.
Supporting Students Through the Kids In Need Foundation Partnership
Through its fourth-annual Big Summer Giveback program, Avondale Toyota will directly support students at Joseph Zito Elementary. But the impact goes beyond just one school. Toyota's partnership with the Kids In Need Foundation is making a difference for students across the country.
Since the partnership began in 2022, Toyota has donated more than $5.6 million to the Kids In Need Foundation, supporting over 200,000 students through the Supply A Student program. More than 55 dealerships, including Avondale Toyota, have committed an additional $10,000 donation to their local communities
